Pine Forest Hideaway is Hosted by Jonathan Taylor ("J.T.") Smith of Blue Chariot Properties. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our rental rates are set dynamically based upon availability of other properties in the area, seasonal / event / day(s) of the week based spikes in demand, and for short / mid / long-term or extended stays. Additionally, we sometimes offer discounts to fill gaps in our calendar to obtain higher overall occupancy. We hate having to charge taxes and fees on top of our posted rental rates, so whenever possible, things like a CLEANING FEE will be included in the posted rate, divided across the number of days in your stay. But if not, and charged outside of the base rate, please understand and forgive us for any such fees that we may need to charge for things like: pets; additional guests; cleaning, etc... As we want the total cost for your stay to be clear from the start.
